We supply a comprehensive range of turfs, the selection of which will be based on the choice most appropriate to the growing and user environment. We can supply and if required install turf, provide turf management and turf renovation solutions for residential and commercial customers.

Commercial

With over 30 years experience in the local instant turf and sports turf industry, we have built a strong network with contracting and supply services giving us the ability to offer a wide range or services. Due to our hands on approach we can ensure quality control throughout the life of the project.

Site Preparation

We have a range of equipment suited to efficient turf preparation including the following;

• Skid Steer Loader
• Dingo Skid Steer loaders
• Harley Power Rake
• Rotary Hoes for Dingo and Tractor
• Bleckavator
• Laser Grader

Maxi Rolls

To help reduce costs and speed up the construction time, solid turf can be installed with maxi rolls. Up to 4000 square meters per day can be laid this way. Maxi Rolls are only available for certain grass varieties, so check with a consultant prior to ordering.

“Lay & Play”

Lay & Play is an established turf grown on a 40mm amended sand profile grown on plastic film. Once installed, the area is ready for play immediately. Replacement of worn areas eg; soccer goal mouths, centre squares, parks etc. Any area that has to be used immediately is suitable for “Lay & Play”. Tiger Island at Dreamworld is such a site that could not be closed down for rehabilitation. Previous attempts to establish turf were unsuccessful due the nature of the big cats scratching the ground to mark their territory.

Irrigation

Sports

All sports turf projects area now carried out through our sister company “Sports Turf Operation Pty Ltd” which has recently been formed in 2011. All Turf Solutions director Duncan Swinton has teamed up with Brett Micklewright, director of “Turf Renovation Services” to provide a comprehensive turf renovation service for the large area sports turf market.

Stolonising and Over Planting

A grassed surface can be established by planting stolons, or runners into the prepared surface. In favorable conditions a high quality surface can be achieved in as little as 12 weeks. Stolons are planted into the prepared bare soil or overplanted into an existing grassed surface where the existing grass variety is not suitable. Frequent irrigation is necessary for up to two weeks until the Stolons produce their own roots.

Residential

All Turf Solutions only employ and network with qualified green keepers and horticulturalists that have extensive training and experience in South East Queensland so you get the best possible advice. We have certified and qualified owner operators that are well versed in lawn construction, soil nutrition, and turf suitability. These owner operators are being constantly trained in new innovations, lawn varieties and All Turf systems. Why do we have owner operators? Because you, the customer, deal with the person who quotes the job, does the job and they have a vested interest and passion to get the job done right. Most other turf companies employ commissioned sales people and then contract the work out to the cheapest operator or have an in-house team that is not qualified and don’t have a vested interest in the outcome. Below are the services and products we can offer.

Supply Only

All of our turf is delivered in covered tautliner trucks. This ensures your new lawn is not wind blown and dried out when you receive it. We deliver turf to your site with an all terrain fork lift. Your turf will arrive on a unique palette less system so no palettes are left on site. Our operators are well trained and they will get as close as safely possible to your job.

Supply and Lay

We supply and lay your specified turf on ground prepared by the customer. We install the turf, cut in and roll. These jobs are usually quoted site unseen and our team will liaise with you if they feel that extra preparation work is required so you get the best possible result. If you wish, our team can spread fertilizer you supply and water in the job on completion.

You can arrange an obligation free onsite quote or call one of our friendly consultants and we can give you an indication over the phone. We have unique systems and equipment available that will economically prepare your site ready for your new lawn.

New Lawn Installation

We cut and shape your site with close attention to detail ensuring your new lawn has an even layer of turf soil over the site. We offer products that are tailored to your site and budget, encouraging a sustainable and environmentally friendly lawn that will outlast the life of your home.

Lawn Recycling

This innovative environmentally friendly service uses your old lawn and soil, turning it into nutrients for your new lawn saving you time and money. In most cases your old soil just needs rejuvenating and the organics in your old lawn together mixed with mineral fertilisers, gypsum, lime and our premium organic turf soil will create a dynamic environment for your new lawn for years. This system increases aeration, microbial activity, water retention and increased root development; saving you dollars by reduced water and fertilizer usage.

Irrigation Systems

Most of our owner operators are qualified irrigation technicians. They can quote on repairs or install manual and automatic irrigation systems to the latest codes.

Hard and Soft Landscaping

Our owner operators are qualified and certified in structural landscaping and registered with the BSA.
